Founder & CEO
David has a diverse background in construction, sales, and business management. Innovation and commitment to financial strength are the keys to his success as he built his company from the ground up. David believes that a company is only as strong as its employees and its partners in the industry. He is always seeking to provide clients with superior products and services while extending to his employees proper tools and equipment in order to get the job done.
Dawn Adkins
Office Manager
Dawn joined the staff in 2006. She is responsible for managing all aspects of office organization and administrative support. She also coordinates various financial records, payroll and many other day-to-day functions related to project requirements and collaboration.
Tim Sochurek
Estimator
Tim started at ICS in 2009 with a background in business marketing. Starting out at ICS in the field gave Tim the opportunity to become a team leader and a product expert. After working in the field for almost two years, strengths such as organization and diligence allowed him to assume the role of Estimator.
Mike Ayres
Lead Foreman
Mike has a strong background in construction management with fifteen years of experience. Ever since he started at ICS there has been no job too big, or too complicated for him to handle. Prompt mobilizations, as well as meeting production schedule time lines are definite keys to his success in today’s challenging field of operations. Satisfying even the most demanding customers is Mike’s goal on each and every project.

Lead Foreman
Victor started at ICS in 2004 with a background in sales and team management. He believes that leading by example is the key to teaching and guiding a crew. While managing a project, Victor shows a true commitment to exceeding our client’s expectations.
