Some projects are extremely diversified in scope. The Pennsy Drive Smithsonian Institute building included comprehensive architectural grinding and polishing, sodium silicate sealers, crystalline waterproofing, resinous flooring, two different slab on grade joint sealants, and tooled caulking throughout. In addition to this diversified scope, the project was undertaken in an 80 year old warehouse, and slated as a fast track project allowoing for 7 months for 300,000 square feet of comprehensive build out. ICS was on time and on budget, again.
